St Thomas The Apostle Chaldean & Assyrian Catholic Diocese of AUS & NZ Chaldean Catholic Diocese – Sydney
Under the patronage of His grace Archbishop Amel Nona the highest respect, and the presence of our virtues priests and nuns, all groups activities of the three churches in Sydney’s Chaldean Diocese had a spiritual retreat last Saturday 2/12/2017 at St. Thomas cathedral as a part of Christmas preparation.
The retreat included: prayers, hymns, meditation in silence, a lecture presented by his Grace about the (Holy Mass- theology and structure), a discussion about the topic, rosary and liturgy evening prayer along with confessions, and then a celebration of the Holy Mass which was offered by Fr. Paul Mingana.
At the end, all groups members gathered in the cathedral hall to share a light dinner with the blessing of His Grace and all the virtues priests in where they had a joyful time together.
