St Addai & Mari Chaldean Bible Study group helped in their charity drive to fill in boxes for Operation Christmas Child

St Addai & Mari Chaldean Bible Study group helped in their charity drive to fill in shoe sized boxes for Operation Christmas Child and collected and filled 50 boxes. That was within a special activity prepared by their leaders in aim to help these young people to experience the true spirituality Christian faith that call us to solidarity, love and help others by drawing a nice and smile into their faces and bring joy into their hearts.

Meeting was held last Saturday 27/10/2018 at St Thomas Cathedral Hall in where a short talk was given by Fr Rode Sitto on Matt 25:31-46, with a Q&A session afterwards on matters of faith and church life

التقى طلاب شبيبة مار أدي وماري للمتوسطة والثانوية مساء السبت الماضي 27/10/2018  في عمل مشترك لجمع هدايا عيد الميلاد وتغليفها من اجل الأطفال المحتاجين وذلك ضمن نشاط خيري خاص يهدف من خلاله المنشطين على خلق روح الايمان المسيحي الحقيقي القائم على  التضامن والحب عند الشبيبة، والعمل على مساعدة الآخر وزرع الفرح والابتسامة.

بعد مقاسمة من النص الإنجيلي (متى 25: 31- 46) التي قدمها الاب رودي ستو، تبادل الطلاب معه بعض المناقشات في طرح الأسئلة حول موضوع الايمان وحياة الكنيسة، تبعها تغليف 50 صندوق من الهدايا.
